Information we collect on the website

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business size, industry, and message you enter. The form delivers that message as an email to our Microsoft 365 mailbox, where it is kept like any other business correspondence.

When you book a call, the scheduling calendar on the contact page is provided by Calendly and loads inside the page. Information you enter there goes to Calendly under its own privacy policy and then to our calendar.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard server logs, and the contact-form service records error diagnostics, both used only to keep the site running and secure.

Site analytics

The site keeps its own cookie-free record of how it is used. When a page loads, the site's own script sends one row to our hosting provider's telemetry service (Microsoft Azure Application Insights) with the page path, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the kind of device (phone, tablet, or desktop), and a random identifier for your browser tab that is forgotten when the tab closes. If you pick a time or book a call in the scheduling calendar, or send a message through the contact form, the same row family records that milestone.

The connection's IP address is recorded with each page view and removed after 30 days. The country and city derived from it stay with the row. We keep these rows for 13 months and use them only to understand which pages people read and how they found the site. There is no cookie, no fingerprint, and nothing that recognizes a returning visitor.

Connected platforms

DeCeroAI operates integrations with third-party platforms, including TikTok, Reddit, X, Discord, and others we may add over time. We connect to these platforms through their official APIs to publish and manage content on accounts that DeCeroAI owns and operates. When we authorize a connection, the platform provides access tokens and basic account information for our own account, which we use only to operate that account.

Some of our integrations also read publicly available content from these platforms for research and analytics. In those cases we access only public information, and we do not attempt to collect private personal data about other users. We do not sell any data obtained through these connections. Each platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its data.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, publish our own content, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and our services, and when required by law. These providers are bound to handle information consistent with this policy.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by contacting us at the address below. Where one of our apps connects to a platform account, that account's owner can revoke our app's access at any time from the platform's settings.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
