Let's build something real.
Bring the workflow, the data friction, the integration questions. We'll quickly figure out whether there's a practical path forward.
Book a call
Pick a time that works. The goal is to leave the call with a sharper starting point and a clear next step.
Good fit signals
- You have AI momentum but no production architecture yet.
- Your workflow spans multiple tools, data sources, or approval steps.
- You need someone who can move from architecture to implementation without a long handoff.
What the first call looks like
- 01Intro call to understand the workflow and constraints
- 02Fast recommendation on where to start and what not to build first
- 03Clear next-step proposal if there is a fit
Before the call
Questions that come up first.
What kind of work do you take on?
Three kinds: data platforms (semantic layers, pipelines, warehouses), production AI agents and the runtimes they live in, and the security and observability that keep them safe to run. Most engagements are embedded inside an enterprise team and run from architecture through implementation.
How does an engagement start?
With a 30-minute intro call. You bring the workflow, the data friction, and the constraints. You leave with a recommendation on where to start and what to leave alone. If there is a fit, a short written proposal follows.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. DeCeroAI is based in Waunakee, Wisconsin and works with teams anywhere. Engagements run remotely by default, inside the tools your team already uses.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Every client engagement runs under NDA. The case studies on this site describe patterns and outcomes with client names removed, and your work gets the same treatment.
Which stack do you work in?
Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Python on the data side. Azure for cloud, identity, and networking. React, Node.js, and TypeScript for applications. OpenAI, Anthropic, and the Model Context Protocol for agents. The work meets your stack where it already is.
Do you build with AI coding tools?
Yes, under controls. AI agents write much of the code on the venture platform in the field notes, and every change still passes a blocking review gate, tests, and security checks before it ships. The field notes catalog those controls.
